CONCORD, NH — A felon with a lengthy criminal history who faces dozens of new charges, including drug and weapon possession, and domestic violence, is not contesting a revocation of his bail.

Joseph Henriksen, 31, of Pleasant Lane in Warner, was in Merrimack County Superior Court Tuesday for a bail revocation hearing after being arrested in Hollis in April while on the lam after failing to appear at a pretrial hearing in February. He is currently being held at the county jail.

During the hearing, which lasted a few minutes, Zosia Anna Buse, a public defender, told the court they would not contest the bail revocation. Instead, she, Meredith Lugo, another public defender, and Susan Venus of the county attorney’s office would be working in the coming weeks toward a resolution of his cases, Buse said.

A status conference hearing was then set for June 23.
