The volunteer group “Friends of Fuller Gardens” is organizing the fundraiser as a way to raise money for one of the last public estate gardens of the early 20th century. Fuller Gardens is botanical garden famous for the 1,400 rose bushes that are bursting with color. The Olmsted designed formal gardens were commissioned by Former Mass. Gov. Alvan T. Fuller at his summer estate back in the 1920s.

Friends of Fuller Gardens Committee member Lisa Bottomley says the third annual Reggae ‘N’ Roses evening attracts people that may not have experienced Fuller Gardens’ beauty.

Said Bottomley in a press statement, “We are welcoming a new generation to Fuller Gardens. Join us as we enjoy a fun reggae band while sampling fine food and drink with friends in a beautiful seaside setting. It’s always a memorable night which supports a wonderful public garden.”

The evening is sponsored by Asian Atlantic Industries, Friends of Fuller Gardens, Allan B Rogers, Jr, and NH Distributors.
