Felted soap is a bar of soap wrapped in wool fibers that have been felted together through a special process. The combination transforms a simple soap bar into a multi-purpose item that gently exfoliates while extending the soap’s lifespan. The wool casing also makes the soap easier to handle during use.

Join Linden for these beginner-friendly birding excursions around GoodLife property. Bring binoculars or use one of three loaner pairs. GoodLife sits on a forested bluff over the Merrimack and is a great birding spot. It hosts uncommon birds like Brown Thrashers and Swainson’s Thrushes, plus raptors, tanagers, grosbeaks, and other colorful spring birds. This program is mist-or-shine; we’ll cancel for steady rain but continue if it is a light mist.

Through expressive therapies, people can learn more about themselves via tools such as&nbsp; dance, music, and movement. You don’t need to be skilled in these disciplines to benefit from expressive therapy; it’s about the process, not being a trained musician or dancer.
Explore music and dance movement therapy techniques, process and interconnection with CCMS Music Therapist Tony Varga and&nbsp;Dance Movement Therapist Heather Hearne.
Varga’s presentation provides an introduction to music therapy, explains the types of clients who might benefit from it most, and demonstrates how it works.&nbsp; Hearne will discuss dance movement therapy techniques, share success stories, and offer optional moments to integrate and participate.&nbsp;
This event will be held in our historic Recital Hall. It is free of charge and open to the public, thanks in part to the generosity of the Walker Fund. Donations are appreciated.
