Another Downtown Dumpster Fire Extinguished By Concord Firefighters

Watch: A dumpster in Bicentennial Square, abutting Margarita's Restaurant, caught on fire and burned on Tuesday.

CONCORD, NH — Concord fire and rescue teams were sent to Bicentennial Square on Tuesday for a dumpster fire.

Around 5:30 p.m., capital region dispatch began receiving calls about a dumpster burning in the square.

Flames were seen shooting out of the top of the dumpster, which was uncovered. Fire was also flowing from the bottom of the dumpster, probably from burning grease or some other flammable substance connected to a restaurant.
