According to marshals, Jenna was wanted on two outstanding warrants: The first was issued by the Belknap County Superior Court for failure to appear on original charge of theft of a firearm; the second was issued by the Rockingham County Superior Court for probation violations on an original heroin offense.
After information was sent out to media outlets that he would be this week’s fugitive, marshals developed a lead that he might be in Rochester.
