‘Armed and Dangerous’ Robbery Suspect in Custody
Breaking: Zachery Estevez surrenders to the Belknap County Department of Corrections and is in custody.

CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force Fugitive of the Week from two weeks ago – an “armed and dangerous” robbery suspect – is in custody, according to the U.S. Marshals Service. Zachary Estevez, 20, surrendered to the Belknap County Department of Corrections on Dec. 3, 2016, Deputy Marshal Jamie Berry noted in a press statement.

Estevez was featured on Nov. 23, and information was distributed to both media outlets and law enforcement agencies. Berry noted that the feature “did provide numerous leads,” which were quickly followed up on by numerous members of the fugitive task force.

“With the additional media coverage, Estevez, decided to surrender to authorities,” he noted. “Estevez is being held at the Belknap County Department of Corrections pending his initial court appearance.”
Estevez – and three other men – were allegedly involved in a home invasion in August where two victims were pistol-whipped, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader.
