The corrections alert has a “violent tendencies” warning on Paquette.

According to superior court records, Paquette was arrested on two armed robbery charges after robbing the Circle K on West Street and the Sunoco station on Winchester Street in Keene in December 2015. He was charged in February 2016 with burglary-criminal liability, also in Keene, at the Eagles Club, after a December 2015 incident. Paquette was also accused of robbery in Keene in November 2015. A charge was filed against him in February 2016 and was dropped about a month later.

Paquette pleaded guilty to the two gas station robbery and burglary charges in May 2016 and was sentenced to eight years in prison, 29 months minimum, with 159 days time served and $407 in restitution on the robbery charges. He was also sentenced to three and a half to seven years, suspended for 12 years, on the burglary charge, with $2,300 restitution ordered. The sentence on the burglary charge was amended in March 2017, with restitution reduced to $102.

In January, there was a request for the documents in the burglary case.

Paquette was also charged with felony felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, disobeying an officer, and a license possession violation in October 2022 after an incident in Lebanon. The license violation was dropped in June. Paquette was slated to plea to the other charges in July but failed to appear in court.

Anyone who knows where Paquette is or sees someone who looks like him should contact the corrections department at 603-271-1804, the Grafton County Sheriffs at 603-787-6911, or local police.
