ARRESTS: Concord Teens Busted Breaking into Car in Durgin Garage
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- , 23, of Boscawen, was arrested on July 18, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. He was arrested at 12:32 a.m. at Thirty Pines Autowash and Storage on Fisherville Road. refused bail and was arraigned on July 18.
- Chelsea Connor, 17, of Concord, was arrested on July 18, on an unlawful possession of alcohol charge. She was arrested at 12:49 a.m. at the intersection of Clinton and Princeton streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Connor is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 20.
- , 49, of Concord, was arrested on July 18, on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested at 1:06 a.m. at the Exxon on North Main Street. refused bail services and was arraigned on July 18.
- Levi Weldon, 21, of Pittsfield, was arrested on July 18, on an operating without a valid license charge. He was arrested at 8:16 a.m. on the Dunkin’ Donuts on South Main Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Weldon is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 20.
- Jonathan Russell, 17, of Concord, was arrested on July 18, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. He was arrested at 3:48 p.m. at the Durgin Block Garage on 1 Durgin Lane. Police allege that Russell stole a Garmin GPS unit and a Leatherman multi-tool, with a combined value of $375, along with about $1.22 worth of loose change. The items were recovered, according to an arrest report. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Russell is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 20.
- Robert Anthony Passarelli Jr., 19, of Concord, was arrested on July 18, and charged with two counts of receiving stolen property and a bench warrant. He was arrested at 4 p.m. at the Durgin Block Garage on 1 Durgin Lane. Police allege that Passarelli was in possession of a stolen Garmin GPS unit and a Leatherman multi-tool, with a combined value of $375. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,500. Passarelli is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 20.
- Charity R. Kincaid, 36, of Hooksett, was issued a summons at 10:30 p.m. on July 18, for a bench warrant. She was flagged at the intersection of South Spring and Clinton streets.
- Daniel A. McBride, 22, of Loudon, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on July 19, on a criminal trespass charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at on Fort Eddy Road on June 28. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. McBride is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 20.
- , 20, of Concord, was arrested on July 19, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 3:50 p.m. at the Sixth Circuit Court of Concord on Clinton Street. The bench warrant was for a criminal threatening charge. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500, with $150 cash to settle the electronic bench warrant. had a court date on July 24.
- , 22, of Concord, was arrested on July 19, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. He was arrested at 11:40 p.m. at Penuche’s on Pleasant Street. Police seized a bottle of Ezra Brooks bourbon whiskey at the time of his arrest. Vannest was held on $10,000 cash bail and had a court date on July 20.
- James Stephen Ahlin, 51, of Loudon, was arrested on July 19, and charged with theft and possession of controlled drugs. He was at 7:20 p.m. at the on Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Rucker is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 20.
- , 28, of Concord, was arrested on July 20, and charged with criminal trespass, attempt to commit a theft from a vehicle, and resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested at 3:25 a.m. on Wilson Avenue. Colby was held on $4,000 cash bail and had a court date on July 20.
- Randall Leach, 32, of Littleton, was arrested at 5:01 p.m. on July 20, on a theft charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at on July 1. Police allege that Leach stole a Coleman air mattress, three sleeping bags, three bath towels, a cabinet set, a tank top, and Mountain Dew. The value of the items came to about $260. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Leach is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 20.
