ARRESTS: Manchester Woman Arrested After OD on Rumford Street

The Concord Police Department supplied the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.

Shane Christopher Masters, 34, of North Main Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. on June 7, and charged with criminal mischief. According to an arrest report and court affidavit, police were sent to the Vegas Block Apartments for a noise complaint, people stomping on the floor, being loud. The officer arrived outside one of the apartments and heard a couple yelling. The officer requested for the door to be opened but the woman refused. Backup was called and she later opened the door. The woman was reportedly intoxicated and had difficulty standing up, according to the report. The officers reported a smashed wooden table inside of the apartment and spoke to Masters who was inside. The parties were separated and Masters reportedly stated that the two were fighting. He too, police alleged, was intoxicated and sweating profusely, and had difficulty speaking. Police later arrested him for vandalism. He was held without bail.

Blake C. Patria, 29, of on North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:50 a.m. on June 9, on a resisting arrest or detention charge. Officers were dispatched to the Hood Plant on North State Street for a report of a person on the ground. When the officers arrived, they found a man speaking on a cellphone and began speaking to him about whether he was the person on the ground. He said he was, and continued to walk south. After asking him to stop, the man, Patria, allegedly “became very vocal and started screaming” and began freaking out when seeing the headlights of vehicles in the road. He was allegedly unsteady on his feet and slurring his words. The reporting officer told Patria he was being taken into protective custody and taken to the hospital. Patria allegedly became more agitated and was handcuffed. After that, he allegedly started flailing around and physically resisted the officers until he was put into a cruiser, ranting and raving. After he was charged, he allegedly became outraged. “Blake told us that he was going to haunt us in our dreams,” the reporting officer stated. He was held without bail after not cooperating with processing.

Elizabeth C. Martin, 26, of Electric Avenue in Concord, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. on June 9, on a driving after revocation or suspension. Officers were at a stop on Old Loudon Road when one saw a car drive by with a red inspection sticker from May. The vehicle was stopped at the I-393 overpass. A check confirmed the inspection was expired. The driver, Martin, had a suspended license on June 8, for default court summons, and was arrested. She was arraigned on July 14.

Natasha S. Viera, 25, of Barnstead Drive in Center Barnstead, was arrested at 5:25 p.m. on June 9, on a felony issuing bad checks charge from Dec. 21, 2013, at TD Bank. Hooksett Police took custody of Viera and she was arraigned on July 7.

Pratistha Gurung, 32, of Balsam Way in Manchester, was arrested at 8:59 p.m. on June 9, on a conduct after an accident charge from April 28, at Concord Hospital. He’s due in court on July 28.

Jesse Corson, 25, of Hall Street in Manchester, was arrested at 6:30 a.m. on June 10, on a criminal threatening charge. While monitoring traffic on Broadway, a red pickup track passed by but the officer was unable to see the registration decals. The owner of the vehicle had a suspended license. The vehicle was stopped on Broad Avenue and the driver allegedly identified as Christopher Gonzalez. Later, the officer determined that the driver was Corson, and he had an active warrant. He was arrested and refused bail. Corson was arraigned on June 10.

Gregory Adkins, 56, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 10:48 p.m. on June 10, on warrants. An officer was sent to check on the wellbeing of a man. Dispatch stated that there was a warrant for his arrest out of Keene from April 2, and Jaffrey District Court on May 9. He was found at home and arrested. Adkins is due in court on July 29.

Amanda A. Loiselle, 26, of Oakland Avenue in Manchester, was arrested at 10:55 p.m. on June 10, on a felony warrant. Police were sent to Rumford Street for a report of a person having an overdose. While there, an office spoke with Loiselle who said she was visiting with the man who overdosed and later, he collapsed on the kitchen floor. The reporting officer stated there was no evidence of drug use in plain sight. She allegedly admitted that she was a heroin user herself and got drugs in Manchester. A check by dispatch yielded a warrant for felony forgery out of Manchester. The police for that department came to pick her up in Concord.

Vahid Aghakouchakesfahani, 56, of Northeast Village Road in Concord, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. on June 10, and charged with four counts of simple assault on Loudon Road from June 2, and June 3. An officer went to serve a warrant to Aghakouchakesfahani and spoke with his family. They stated he was heading back to Iran within the week. He was arrested, held on $8,000 cash bail, and arraigned on June 11.
