ARRESTS: Cops Busy at Sears, Walmart
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- Mark E. Yphantis, 51, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:19 a.m. on April 13, on a theft by deception charge. The charge was based on an alleged incident at on Loudon Road on Jan. 29, reportedly involving $70.88 in store credit. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Yphantis is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 14.
- Brandon Mancini, 21, of Chichester, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. on April 13, and charged with receiving stolen property. Police allege that he received various pieces of women’s jewelry valued at $1,607, from A Jewelers Workshop on South Main Street back on Oct. 5, 2011. Personal recognizance bail was set at $10,000. Mancini is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 14.
- , 39, of Concord, was arrested on April 13, charged with two counts of simple assault (personal weapons) on March 17, and falsifying physical evidence on March 22. He was arrested at 3:35 p.m. on South State Street. The alleged victim was a 12-year-old girl. Cumberbatch had a court date on April 16.
- Phillip McCormick, 43, of Concord, was arrested at 3:32 p.m. on April 13, and charged with criminal mischief (vandalism) and simple assault (other). The charges reportedly stem from an incident on Village Street in Penacook on April 10. Police allege that McCormick assaulted his girlfriend, a Concord woman. Damaged in the altercation, according to an arrest report, were a ceramic bowl and a red plastic tote, with a combined value of $20. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. McCormick is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 14.
- Ruth Lukasiewicz, 27, of Laconia, was arrested at 6:28 p.m. on April 13, on a conduct after an accident charge. The accident reportedly took place on Loudon Road at the northbound off ramp at Exit 14. The alleged victim in the case was an elderly Concord man. Lukasiewicz is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 14.
- Mariah R. Troughton, 19, Pittsfield, was arrested on April 13, on a theft charge. She was arrested at 8 p.m. at on Loudon Road. Police allege that she stole two pairs of pants and a shirt, all valued at $102, both of which were recovered. A knife and scissors were taken from Troughton at the scene and “held for safe keeping.” Cash bail was set at $500 and Troughton had a court date on April 16.
- David Braley, 42, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 9:16 p.m. on April 13, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at Sears on Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $20,000. Braley is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 14.
- Shannon D. Racicot, 19, of Pittsfield, was summonsed at 10 p.m. on April 13, on a theft charge. Police allege that she stole two pairs of pants and three shirts from Sears on Loudon Road. The value of the items was $152 and they were recovered. She is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 14.
- Austin David Braley, 17, of Pittsfield, was summonsed at 10 p.m. on April 13, and charged with theft and possession and use of tobacco products by minors. Police allege that the victim in the case was Sears on Loudon Road.
- , 18, of Chichester, was arrested on April 13, and charged with theft and default or breach of bail conditions. She was arrested at Sears on Loudon Road at 10 p.m. Police allege that stole three pairs of pants valued at $114 which were later recovered. Cash bail was set at $5,000 and she had a court date on April 16.
- Jonathan Young, 26, of Concord, was arrested on April 14, and charged with driving while intoxicated. He was arrested at 1:52 a.m. at the intersection of North Main and Capitol streets, after an alleged accident with a parked vehicle. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Young is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 14.
