ARRESTS: Woman Allegedly Caught with Heroin, Other Drugs
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
, 21, of Concord, was arrested on April 4, and charged with possession of controlled drugs, possession of drugs, suspended registration (operating-misd), driving after revocation or suspension, and transportation of alcohol/open container. He was arrested at 11:45 p.m. on Phenix Avenue. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000 and he is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 7.
Christopher David Daly, 30, of Pittsfield, was arrested on April 7, on two counts of driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated. He was arrested at 2:01 a.m. near Exit 15 East on I-93 northbound. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000 and Daly is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 7.
Anthony W. Whitehouse, 27, of Concord, was arrested on April 7, on a warrant out of the Dover Police Department for theft. He was arrested at 12:52 p.m. on Curtice Avenue.

Marie S. Martel, 27, of Concord, was arrested on April 7, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. She was arrested at 2:40 p.m. at the intersection of D’Amante Drive and Sheep Davis Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000 and she is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 7.
Jamie J. McCarthy, 38, of Franklin, was arrested on April 7, on a warrant. He was arrested at 3:16 p.m. at the on Loudon Road. McCarthy was wanted by the Merrimack County Sheriff’s Office for a probation parole violation.

, 38, of Concord, was arrested on April 7, and charged with possession of controlled drugs, a felony, possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, receiving stolen property, default or breach of bail conditions, and a bench warrant. She was arrested at 6:34 p.m. at the on North State Street. Police allege that at the time of the arrest, Brown was in possession of 0.25 grams of heroin, a prescription bottle of Gabapentin with 82 doses, a cut straw with “internal residue,” and a hypodermic needle. The alleged victim in the case was an elderly Concord woman. Cash bail was set at $10,000 and had a court date on April 9.
Royce W. Wright, 50, of Farmington, was arrested on April 7, on a simple assault (other) charge. He was arrested at 11:50 p.m. at the on North Main Street. The alleged victim in the case was a Moultonborough woman who was reportedly Wright’s girlfriend. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. He is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 7.
, 22, of Concord, was arrested at April 8, and charged with prowling, criminal trespass, and resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested at 1:56 a.m. at the McDonald’s Restaurant at Dudley Drive. Two Concord Police Department officers were reportedly victims in the incident. refused bail and had a court date on April 9.
David L. Mann, 84, of Concord, was summonsed at 10 a.m. on April 8, on a conduct after an accident charge. Police allege that he was involved in an accident at the intersection of South and Clinton streets. The alleged victim in the case was a Epsom man.
