ARRESTS: Women Arrested for Disorderly Conduct
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- Brianna Nolan, 21, of Concord, was arrested on May 2, and charged with driving after renovation or suspension and suspended registration. She was arrested at 1:48 a.m. at the intersection of Oriole Road and East Side Drive. Personal recognizance bail was set at $3,000. Nolan is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 4.
- Matthew Sliva, 23, of Manchester, was summonsed at 1:05 p.m. on May 2, driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was reportedly stopped at the intersection of Fisherville Road and Rex Drive. Silva is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 4.
- , 44, of Concord, was arrested at 9:39 a.m. on May 3, and charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct. The alleged incident occurred at the intersection of Little Pond Road and Fisk Road on April 10. The alleged victim was an Allenstown resident who had an unknown relationship with Cassavaugh. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Cassavaugh is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 4.
- Victoria L. Kelley, 46, of Concord, was arrested on May 3, and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and conduct after an accident. She was arrested at 5:51 p.m. on Phenix Avenue. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Kelley is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 4.
- Kristen Paul, 19, of Concord, was arrested on May 4, and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention. She was arrested at 1:27 a.m. in Eagle Square at Storrs Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Paul is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 4.
- Amanda Waters, 21, of Concord, was arrested on May 4, and charged with resisting arrest or detention and disorderly conduct. She was arrested at 1:45 a.m. in Eagle Square at Storrs Street. Later in the morning, she was taken into protective custody at 270 Pleasant Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Waters is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 4.
- John Dukette, 42, of Concord, was arrested on May 4, and charged with suspended registration (operating-misd) and driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested at 2:42 a.m. at Snow Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Dukette is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 4.
- Hussein Saad , 19, of Concord, was arrested on May 4, and charged with criminal mischief (vandalism) and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at 4:20 a.m. on Gilmore Street. The alleged victims in the case were a Concord man and woman. The Concord High School student alleged destroyed or damaged a hallway wall at the address. was issued $2,000 cash bail and had a court date on May 4.
- Jason Cote, 28, of Concord, was arrested on May 4, on a warrant out of the Candia District Court. He was arrested at 11:40 a.m. on North State Street. Police reportedly seized one SPR .45 caliber semi-automatic handgun, valued at $100, and 13 silver bullets, valued at $100. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Cote is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 6.
- , 23, of Concord, was arrested at 8:47 p.m. on May 4, and charged with conspiracy to commit, a felony, and default or breach of bail conditions. Police allege that was involved in robberies at the on Loudon Road and on Eastman Street on May 4. She was held without bail and had a court date on May 7.

- Shawn S. Frye, 24, of Hopkinton, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on May 5, on a criminal mischief (vandalism) charge. The charge relates to an alleged incident on June 28, 2011, at Pleasant Street, where a city of Concord trash can was destroyed or damaged. The estimated cost of the damage was $100. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Frye is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 11.
