ARRESTS: Women Face Drug, DWI, and Assault Charges
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- Keeley S. Pickering, 22, of Concord, was arrested on March 28, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons). She was arrested at 5:40 a.m. on Pierce Street. Police allege that she assaulted her male spouse. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Pickering had a court date on March 28.
- About three hours later, Pickering was arrested again and charged with criminal mischief (vandalism) and default or breach of bail conditions. She was arrested at 8:43 a.m. on Pierce Street. Police allege that Pickering damaged or destroyed hinges to a door. The cost of the damage was estimated to be $50. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord woman. Pickering refused bail and had a court date on March 28.
- , 23, of Pembroke, was arrested 6:39 a.m. on March 29, on a possession of controlled drugs charge. The charge was based on an incident on Nov. 27, 2011, where police allegedly seized a spoon and needle with an “unknown drug type” on them, as well as a rubber band, pipe, and incense packages. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000 and she is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 30.
- Bronwyn Paveglio, 37, of Concord, was arrested on March 30, on two counts of driving while intoxicated. She was arrested at 1:55 a.m. at the intersection of Eastman Street and East Side Drive. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000 and she has a Sixth Circuit District Court date on April 30.
- Jennifer Gomez, 25, of Concord, was arrested on March 30, on three counts of endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent. She was arrested at 2:25 p.m. at . Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000 and Gomez has a date in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 30.
- Sarah G. Comeau, 33, of Hillsboro, was arrested at 7:58 p.m. on March 30, and charged with conduct after an accident and false report on accident. The charges are reportedly based on an incident that occurred on March 23, at Hitchcock Clinic on Pleasant Street. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord woman who was a stranger to Comeau. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000 and she is due back in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 30.
- Aaron M. Hoyt, 30, of Concord, was arrested on March 31, on criminal mischief (vandalism) charge. He was arrested at 3:50 p.m. on Thorndike Street. The alleged victim in the case was Hoyt’s girlfriend. Police allege that Hoyt destroyed or damaged a ceramic bowl and cat valued at $10 during a domestic dispute. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000 and he is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 7.
- , 30, of Contoocook, was arrested at 11:59 p.m. on March 31, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. The alleged incident took place on North State Street on March 27. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. Humes has a Sixth Circuit District Court date set for May 7.
- , 24, of Laconia, was arrested on April 1, on three bench warrants. She was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on Sheep Davis Road. The warrants were out of Concord District Court. Bail was set at $3,200 and she had a court date on April 2.
- Patrick Ian Cheney, 21, of Concord, was arrested on April 1, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration (operating-misd). He was arrested at 2:04 a.m. at the intersection of Storrs and Depot streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000 and he is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 7.
- Lucas H. Dlubac, 25, of Concord, was arrested at 12:20 p.m. on April 1, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons) and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. The charges stem from an alleged incident with a Concord woman who was reportedly his girlfriend. Police allege that Dlubac stole a $200 LG phone during the domestic dispute. Cash bail was set at $2,000 and Dlubac had a court date on April 2.
- , 22, of Concord, was arrested on April 1, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 1:06 p.m. on Beacon Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500 and he had a court date on April 3.
- Steven A. Freeman, 24, of Concord, was arrested at 4:43 p.m. on April 1, and charged with criminal mischief (vandalism), arson, possession of controlled drugs, and possession Of drugs. Police allege that the charges stem from incidents on Village Street and Washington Street in Penacook. The alleged victim in the case was Freeman’s girlfriend. Police allege that Freeman damaged or destroyed a bedroom door and a wooden door, together valued at $300. Police reportedly seized marijuana from Freeman at the time of the arrest. An arrest report also stated that police took pictures of a burned shirt and scene of the damage into evidence. Cash bail was set at $16,000 and Freeman had a court date on April 1.
