Bow Home Invasion Suspect Vehicle Seized In Manchester

Update: Police say a white sedan, possibly connected to a home invasion in Bow, was found Thursday. No arrests have been made in the case.

BOW, NH — A vehicle suspected to be involved in an armed home invasion case in Bow was found and seized Thursday in Manchester. The car, a white sedan with political bumper stickers, is suspected of being involved in a home invasion on Woodhill Hooksett Road Wednesday. The car was found around 8:15 a.m.

In an updated alert, Sgt. Matthew Pratte of the Bow Police Department confirmed the car was found but released limited information about the case.

"At this time there have been no arrests made in connection with the home invasion," Pratte said.

Heather Hamel, the public information officer for the Manchester Police Department, offered no comment.

A witness, who posted pictures on Concord NH Patch, claimed the vehicle was a Chevrolet Impala that was towed from area of McGregor and Putnam streets, near Catholic Medical Center.

Police, state troopers, and county deputies were called to the Woodhill Hooksett Road in Bow at 1:15 p.m. Wednesday after a resident reported being assaulted in their home by two armed black men. A third man was inside of the car. The three men fled the scene after being found by the resident in a bedroom. The homeowner was treated for injuries and Bow detectives spent many hours at the home collecting evidence.

"The Bow Police Department would like to thank anyone who has contacted us with leads or information on this case," Pratted said.
