Bow Man Arrested In 10 Counts Of Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges By Concord Police

After a 9 month investigation, Justin Spaulding was arrested on 10 felony counts, accused of possessing child pornography from the Internet.

CONCORD, NH — A man from Bow was arrested on 10 counts of possessing child pornography after a nine-month investigation by a Concord police detective, Bow police, and the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Justin Spaulding, 41, of Bow was arrested Monday on 10 felony possession of child sexual abuse images charges.

The case began in October 2022, after the Concord computer crimes unit opened a case against him. During several months, Deputy Chief John Thomas of the Concord Police Department said, investigators executed search warrants, conducted interviews, and examined evidence. A probable cause warrant was then issued against Spaulding. He was arrested on June 5.

Spaulding was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on June 22.
