Bow Man Arrested On Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault Charges
Brian Ellis was arrested on 2 pattern charges after a four-month investigation, accused of having sex with a boy starting in 2017.

BOW, NH — A Bow man faces felony charges after being accused of sexually assaulting a boy repeatedly during two and a half years beginning in August 2017.
According to an affidavit, police in Bow met with a boy in September 2020 to interview him about possible sexual activity between himself and a man that began when the boy was 14. The boy was interviewed by a detective and claimed he first met the man online and the activity was "on and off again," about six encounters, but ended in February 2020.
During questioning, the boy described the activity and the home where the man lived and he once visited — including details of rooms and furniture in the home. The boy also gave a description of the man.

The detective investigated the email addresses used by the man to communicate with the boy. He questioned him again in October 2020 and requested help finding the home. The boy, according to an affidavit, was given a computer and located the home in question, on Bow Bog Road, by using Google maps. The boy then gave the detective consent to access his gmail account.
The detective and an officer went to the home and ran the plates on the vehicles which came back to Brian G. Ellis, 45, of Bow Bog Road. A check of Ellis also found he previously lived in Massachusetts, according to the affidavit.

The detective applied for a search warrant of email accounts the boy gave police and brought all of the evidence to the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children laboratory. The affidavit stated there were "multiple pictures" of Ellis and those photos matched both his New Hampshire and Massachusetts Department of Motor Vehicle photos.
A warrant was issued for Ellis on two felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault-pattern on Feb. 23 and he was arrested the next day and held on preventative detention. He was arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court on Feb. 24 and is due back in court on May 11 for a dispositional conference hearing.
"A search warrant was executed on Ellis' residence and additional forensic evidence was recovered and analyzed by the NH ICAC forensic examiners," police said on Facebook. "This is an ongoing investigation."
Bow police thanked the NH ICAC task force which includes police officers from Concord, Derry, Dunbarton, Portsmouth, and Salem police departments as well as Hillsborough County Sheriffs and New Hampshire State Police.
