Patterns are energetic visuals that can be absorbed and emulated. Nature’s designs, sacred geometry and forms support and enhance our energy and behavior. Crystal grids emanate a palpable frequency and energetic vibration which we can absorb, changing the pattern of our environment. In this class we will take time away from our schedules to participate, heal, support and nourish ourselves with the following: exploring sacred grids, meditation, art, crystals, sound + frequency.
