Car Drives Off Fisk Road Into The Woods In Concord: Watch
A driver reportedly fell asleep at the wheel Saturday in the West End and drove into a wooded area near Winant Park.
CONCORD, NH — Concord police and fire and rescue teams were sent to Fisk Road for a single-vehicle crash on Saturday.
The call came in around 12:15 p.m. When firefighters arrived, they reported one vehicle was on the roadway while another was in the woods. Police identified the vehicle as a Toyota Corolla and after investigating, realized the driver was a man who fell asleep at the wheel, according to scanner chatter and dispatch.
After about 15 minutes, Concord's engine cleared the scene while EMTs took the driver to Concord Hospital.
