Concord Man Indicted On Threat, Domestic, Reckless Conduct Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Scott Kilgore, 57, of Shaw Road in Northfield, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on April 7, 2025.

Jefferson W. Knott, 44, of South Main Street in Concord, on two criminal threatening, two reckless conduct, and two domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of using a car as a weapon, driving in an aggressive and erratic manner, and driving the car toward a household or family member on Sept. 6, 2025, in Pembroke.

Jarod Laroux, 47, incarcerated in the New Hampshire State Prison for Men, on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on Oct. 27, 2025, in Concord.

Travis Leavitt, 38, of Jenna Way in Manchester, on possession of meth, possession of phenazolam, and possession of phenazolam with intent to distribute charges, all felonies, on Feb. 26, 2025, in Hooksett.

Anthony L. Lebron, 33, incarcerated in the New Hampshire State Prison for Men, on two felony assaults by prisoners charges. He was accused of spitting at two corrections officers on Oct. 22, 2024, in Concord.

Shannon M. Lennox (Corey), 48, of Butler Street in Hillsboro, on attempted delivery of articles to prisoners and conspiracy to commit delivery of articles to prisoners charges, both felonies. She agreed with Edward I. Esty Jr., an inmate in the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord, to bring meth to him in prison on Nov. 29, 2023, according to the indictments.

Stephen Lesassier Jr., 39, of Penacook Terrace in Merrimack, on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving an Audi S4 on Battle Street in Webster on Dec. 10, 2025, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Amanda Lewis, 39, of Lemyjoma Trail in Sandown, on possession of a controlled drug-meth-subsequent offense and two possession of a controlled drug-meth-with intent to dispense-subsequent offense charges, all felonies. She was accused of having more than 6 ounces of meth on Dec. 10, 2025, in Hooksett.

Edwin F. Locke III, 52, of Susan Lane in Rochester, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charges, all felonies, in Franklin on June 17, 2025.

Dylan R. Markievitz, 29, of Circle Road in Manchester, on a felony felon in possession-a club in Hooksett on Sept. 6, 2024. He is a felon, according to the indictment, due to a forgery conviction in Rockingham County Superior Court in February 2018.

Christopher M. McCarthy, 34, of Central Street in Franklin, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Nov. 13, 2025, in Franklin.
