Chamber to Present Forum on Concord Hospital Strategic Plan
Event will be held Wednesday at the Grappone Conference Center.

Join your fellow businesses and community leaders for an important breakfast forum about Concord Hospital’s strategic plan, “The Changing Healthcare Landscape and Concord Hospital’s Position Within It.” The event is open to the public and is presented by the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, Oct. 29, from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at the Grappone Conference Center, 70 Constitution Avenue in Concord. The cost of the event is $20 for Chamber members and $30 for non-members, and includes a full breakfast.
The featured speaker is Robert P. Steigmeyer, CEO/President of Concord Hospital, who will report on what Concord Hospital’s new strategic plan looks like, what he envisions for the future of the hospital, and how it will affect the greater Concord community.
About the speaker: Robert P. Steigmeyer joined Concord Hospital as its new CEO/President in October 2013. Previously he served as chief executive officer at Geisinger Community Medical Center in Scranton, Pennsylvania, a position he held since 2012 when the Community Mental Health System, where he had been president and CEO since 2010, joined the Geisinger Health System. Prior to his position in PA, Steigmeyer served as senior vice president of operations and finance for Northwest Hospital & Medical Center in Seattle, Washington, where he was responsible for overseeing all clinical programs, nursing, medical groups, and support functions, including information technology and finance.
