CONCORD, NH — Matthew C. Kira Laine McKay, born in 1992, of Concord, was arrested at 10:19 p.m. on April 13 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on East Sugarball Road.

Eric D. Mandigo, born in 1981, of Concord, was given a summons at 12:52 a.m. on April 12 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on South Commercial Street.
