Chichester Teen Arrested for Rioting
Keene Police make first arrest from Keene Pumpkin Festival riot photo promotion effort.

While many working to find the rioters involved in the mayhem outside of the Keene Pumpkin Festival earlier this month thought the individuals may have come from colleges around the New England area, to party at the festival, the first arrest is a teen from one of Concord’s neighboring communities, according to WMUR-TV.
Jacob Clark, 19, of Chichester, was arrested on Oct. 23, on a felony reckless conduct charge for allegedly throwing a bottle at a police officer during the rioting on Oct. 18.
The Keene Police recently released a collection of photos from social media sites in an attempt to locate some of the rioters (click on the link here). According to police, about 85 people have been arrested, so far.
