While many working to find the rioters involved in the mayhem outside of <a href="https://patch.com/new-hampshire/amherst/keene-state-college-students-riot-pumpkin-festival-0">the Keene Pumpkin Festival earlier this month</a> thought the individuals may have come from colleges around the New England area, to party at the festival, the first arrest is a teen from one of Concord's neighboring communities, <a href="http://www.wmur.com/news/keene-police-make-first-arrest-since-riot-photos-released/29310152" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to WMUR-TV</a>.Jacob Clark, 19, of Chichester, was arrested on Oct. 23, on a felony reckless conduct charge for allegedly throwing a bottle at a police officer during the rioting on Oct. 18. The Keene Police recently released a collection of photos from social media sites in an attempt to locate some of the rioters (<a href="https://patch.com/new-hampshire/amherst/keene-nh-police-seek-pumpkin-festival-rioters-0">click on the link here</a>). According to police, about 85 people have been arrested, so far.
