CONCORD, NH — Bruce G. Essler, born in 1956, of Concord, was arrested at 1:39 p.m. on Oct. 27, 2026, on a conduct after an accident charge and a failure to use a required turn signal violation after an incident or investigation at Hannaford at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

Daniel T. Slater, born in 1998, of Concord, was arrested at 2:37 p.m. on Oct. 26 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Swenson Granite at 369 N. State St.

Bulambo Dunia, born in 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 9:12 p.m. on Oct. 25 on a breach of bail charge after an incident or investigation at the Concord Fire Department Station at 127 Loudon Road.

Cy B. Durgin, born in 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. on Oct. 24 on two criminal trespass charges after incidents or investigations at the Speedway at 175 N. Main St.

Donna Daro Amidou, born in 2008, of Concord, was arrested at 8:40 a.m. on Oct. 23 on indecent exposure/gross lewdness, criminal mischief, unlawful possession/intoxication, and three breach of bail charges as well as a possession use of tobacco product by a minor violation. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at Canton Circle.

Dezeray R. Durrance, born in 1984, of Manchester, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on Oct. 21 on simple assault, criminal trespass, and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on Downing Street.

Brian Thomas Bilodeau, born in 1959, of Concord, was arrested at 5:11 p.m. on Oct. 3 on possession of a controlled drug and possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charge after an incident or investigation at the former Steeplegate Mall property at 270 Loudon Road. Thirty-two minutes later, he was charged with willful concealment and breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Joseph Roland Huckins, born in 1984, of Tilton, was arrested at 8:51 a.m. on Oct. 3 on reckless conduct-domestic violence-deadly weapon, domestic violence-simple assault, and simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Sandquist Street.

Alexis M. Rodriguez, born in 1998, of Concord, was arrested at 12:54 a.m. on Oct. 3 on operating after certification as a habitual offender and motor vehicle not equipped with an alcohol interlock device charges after an incident or investigation at the Pembroke Road Apartments on Pembroke Road.

Christopher Mark Hogan, born in 1990, of Tyngsboro, Massachusetts, was arrested at 4:14 p.m. on Oct. 2 on two simple assault, two domestic violence-simple assault, two criminal threatening, domestic violence-criminal threatening, criminal mischief, and three aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. Blodgett, born in 1974, of Concord, was arrested at 1 a.m. on Oct. 2 on a warrant as well as theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, criminal trespass, willful concealment, and two breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

Alexis Antonio Martinez, born in 1984, of Concord, was arrested at 5:52 p.m. on Oct. 1 on a warrant. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Concord Homeless Resource Center at 238 N. Main St.
