City-Wide Concord Parking Ban
No on-street parking on any street city-wide overnight tonight from midnight to 7:00 a.m. Tuesday.

The City of Concord has issued a Winter Storm Event Parking Ban. No on-street parking on any street city-wide overnight tonight between midnight and 7:00am Tuesday, December 31, 2019.
The community’s cooperation to move cars off the street is greatly appreciated to help our plows more efficiently clear snow. Cars not removed from the street can impede snow removal and even block plows on narrow streets.
Violators are subject to receiving a ticket and being towed by Concord Police’s Parking Division. Free parking is available in the City garages from 7:00 p.m. tonight until 8:00 a.m. tomorrow morning for permit/lease spaces (marked with signage) and until 9:00 a.m. for metered spaces. City garages include the School Street Garage, State Street Garage, and Storrs Street Garage.

Penacook residents may park at the Canal Street Municipal Parking Lot at the corner of Village Street and Canal Street near Chief's Restaurant. This lot is posted for no overnight parking, but the City's Parking Division will suspend this regulation during city-wide winter parking bans to accommodate Penacook residents. Residents should only park in the public spaces on the south side of the lot along Canal Street and should not block the construction gate into the adjacent Penacook Landing (former Allied Leather Tannery).
