Concord Bans Overnight Parking Jan. 25 Due To Expected Snowstorm

All vehicles must be removed from city streets before 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, or they will be towed and ticketed at the owner's expense.

CONCORD, NH — The city of Concord has issued a new winter storm event parking ban due to another snowstorm expected to begin delivering snow to the city Wednesday afternoon.

All vehicles must be removed from city streets by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, or they will be towed and ticketed at the owner’s expense. Parking will be restored at 7 a.m. on Thursday.

Free parking will be available in city garages through 8 a.m. on Thursday in permit-lease spaces and 9 a.m. in metered spaces. Garages are located on School Street, State Street, and Storrs Street.

Penacook residents can park in the Canal Street lot at the corner of Village and Canal streets (even though the lot is posted as “no overnight parking”).
