2065 Time Capsule on Display
Stop by Merrimack County Savings Bank this month! It’s done! The 2065 time capsule will be on display at the main office of Merrimack County Savings Bank, 89 North Main St. in Concord, through the end of October. In early November, the capsule will be filled and sealed. OnSaturday, November 7, the Concord Historical Society’s Time Capsule Committee invites the community to an 11:00 a.m. ceremony at City Plaza, where 2065’s time capsule will be deposited into the waiting vault.
L.A.D. Welding & Fabrication partnered with the Concord Historical Society to create a custom aluminum box which should be sturdy enough for a few more 50-year time capsules. Be sure to stop by Merrimack County Savings Bank this month to take a look, and mark your calendar for the 2065 time capsule burial on Saturday, November 7 at 11:00 a.m.
