Concord Man Accused Of Drunken Driving After Crashing Into New Hampshire State Police Cruiser
Richard Talbot was accused of rear-ending a cruiser on I-93 south at Exit 12N Tuesday night; the driver, trooper, and a K-9 weren't injured.

CONCORD, NH — A man from Concord was arrested on Tuesday night, accused of drunken driving and crashing into a New Hampshire State Police trooper cruiser on Interstate 93.
Around 7:45 p.m., a trooper patrolling the highway took the 12N exit and was yielding at the sign at the end of the offramp in an effort to merge safely onto Route 3A, a report stated. At the same time, a 2022 Ford Explorer SUV, being driven by Richard Talbot, 63, of Concord, “came down the offramp, failed to stop, and struck the rear of the trooper’s cruiser,” the report stated.
