According to reports on Patch during the past few years, Dhital, a New American from Nepal, has been arrested numerous times, including for drunk driving and domestic violence.

Back in October 2012, Dhital, then a teenager, was arrested on a bench warrant out of Sixth Circuit Court on a possession charge. A few months later, in January 2013, he was arrested for driving while intoxicated, criminal liability for conduct of another, operating without a valid license, resisting arrest or detention, and a bench warrant, after an acquaintance from Lynn, MA, was arrested on a shoplifting charge at Best Buy.

About five months later, Dhital was arrested on another warrant after police were sent to Concord Gardens for a report of a domestic assault. Two months later – in July 2013 – he was arrested again on a bench warrant for unlawful possession after police were sent to Concord Hospital to investigate a past tense domestic assault incident.

In February 2016, he was arrested again for domestic violence-simple assault, two counts of simple assault, and a bench warrant, after an alleged drunken brawl with a family member. Dhital allegedly became angry, threw food in the living room of the apartment at Concord Gardens, and then punch another person.

In April, he was arrested on a bench warrant and drug possession and in October, he was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated-second offense, and operating without a valid license.
