Concord Man Arrested On Indecent Exposure Charge: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — David Ishida, year of birth 1986, of Warren Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:26 a.m. on Oct. 31, 2017, for indecent exposure and lewdness and disorderly conduct. He was arrested at the New Hampshire Statehouse.

Michael A. Barton, year of birth 1970, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. on Oct. 29, 2017, for felony theft by unauthorized taking after an alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Michael A. Arsenault Jr., year of birth 1987, of School Street in Concord, was arrested at 1 p.m. on Oct. 28, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested on Pleasant Street.

Jeewan Dhital, year of birth 1994, of Concord Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 2:39 a.m. on Oct. 27, 2017, for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated-second offense, and operating without a valid license. He was arrested on Loudon Road near the Quick Stop Mobil.

William M. Martin, year of birth 1979, of Concord, was arrested at 2:11 p.m. on Oct. 24, 2017, for criminal mischief-vandalism after an alleged incident in the Fosterville area of the city.

Ira B. Matott, year of birth 1983, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 1:03 p.m. on Oct. 24, 2017, on two counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated on North State Street near the Hood plant.
