Concord Man Arrested On Arson, Animal Cruelty Charges
Christopher Vincent faces more felony charges after the state fire marshal accused him of setting fire to a home on River Road in 2018.

CONCORD, NH — A man arrested on prior arson charges is facing more felonies after a nine-month investigation of a home fire on River Road in Concord, according to the New Hampshire State Fire Marshal. Christopher Vincent, 43, was arrested Tuesday on two arson charges as well as a cruelty to animals charge, all felonies. He was arraigned Thursday in Merrimack County Superior Court and held without bail.
Anthony Harvey, an investigator with the fire marshal's office, accused Vincent of setting fire to a home on 151 River Road in Concord on April 1, 2018, Easter morning. The investigation of the cause of the fire was made by Harvey, the fire marshal's office, and Concord firefighters. Specifics of the investigation were not released or available at post time.
This isn't Vincent's first arrest for arson, according to a posts online.

Vincent was accused in June of setting fire to a home on Chestnut Street in Pittsfield in January 2016, according to a post on Patch. He was also arrested later in June by Concord police on a warrant after an incident in the Blossom Hill/Calvary Cemetery area of the city. In February 2013, according to WMUR-TV, he was accused of setting fire to a building at the Melody Pines Day Camp in Manchester. Nine and a half years ago, he was arrested after firefighters in the Queen City dealt with more than five fires in one day, according to the Associated Press.
