According to Lt. Sean Ford, the commander of the criminal investigation division of the Concord Police Department, officers were sent to the home at just after 4 a.m. after a resident claimed a man had burglarized the home and assaulted a juvenile. When police arrived, the resident had detained the suspect, according to Ford.
“The preliminary investigation indicates that Mr. Anderson, who is a stranger to the victims in this case, entered the residence without being invited,” Ford alleged. “He made his way into the bedroom of a sleeping juvenile victim, where he disrobed and assaulted the victim. The victim was able to flee the room and alerted other household and family members.”

Anderson allegedly tried to flee the home and an adult male who was in the residence at the time was able to restrain him while other members of the household called police, Ford said in a press alert.
Anderson was arrested and held, and more charges are possible.
Anderson, according to reports on Patch, is no stranger to police in the city. He was arrested for burglary and criminal trespass after an incident on North Main Street on Jan. 24. Anderson was also arrested on Dec. 6, 2017, for criminal trespass, possession of drugs, and possession of controlled drugs after an incident on North Main Street. He was listed as a transient at the time of the arrest. In October of last year, he was also arrested for criminal trespass on North Main Street.
While on North State Street in June 2015, he was charged with littering-unlawful activities. He was a resident of Laconia at the time, according to a report. Police caught up to him at the state hospital grounds a short time later.
Anderson was also arrested on a drug charge in Penacook in May 2013, based on an incident on Village Street in October 2012.
