Concord Man Arrested On Domestic Violence Charge: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Theodore Warren, year of birth 1977, of Concord, was arrested at 1:13 p.m. on Sept. 30, 2017, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested in the area of North State Street and West Concord.

Meredith Pulkkinen-Walton, year of birth 1974, of Monroe Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:10 p.m. for driving while intoxicated and conduct after an accident after an alleged incident on South Street near Rite Aid.

Haley L. Bitetto, year of birth 1993, of Lancaster Hill Road in Tilton, was arrested at 1:21 p.m. on Sept. 26, 2017, for possession of controlled drugs after an alleged incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street. Paula A. Coleman, year of birth 1964, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke, was arrested at 11:54 a.m. on Sept. 24, 2017, on a theft charge after an alleged incident at The Paper Store on Fort Eddy Road.

Cody J. Rojek, year of birth 1990, of Meredith Lane in Center Barnstead, was arrested at 5:48 p.m. on Sept. 22, 2017, on two counts of forgery, two counts of receiving stolen property, and two counts of theft by deception after an alleged incident on Santander Bank on West Street.

Jared A. Fellows, year of birth 1986, of Elkins Road in Epsom, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on Sept. 21, 2017, for burglary. The charge stems from an alleged incident north of the Contoocook River.

Erika A. Bisson-Tessier, year of birth 1993, of Hamlin Street in Berlin, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on Sept. 20, 2017, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Heather M. Noyes, year of birth 1980, of South Spring Street in Concord, was arrested at 5:35 p.m. on Sept. 19, 2017, for criminal mischief-vandalism.
