According to Benjamin J. Agati, a Senior Assistant Attorney General with the NH AG’s Office, sometime on July 25, or July 26, 2017, Grayson allegedly dispensed a fentanyl-methamphetamine mix to Ryan Smith, 30, of Concord, behind the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street. He passed away later at Concord Hospital.

“Members of the Concord Police Department have been actively investigating the circumstances of Smith’s death, and Grayson’s subsequent sales of a controlled drug to an undercover Concord Police detective,” Agati alleged. “A warrant was issued for Grayson’s arrest.”
Grayson – who resided on Rumford Street at the time – was arrested on July 28, 2017, on a possession of meth charge and a warrant. He was indicted earlier this year in Merrimack County Superior Court on the drug charge. He was arrested again on a warrant in August.

On Friday, Northfield Police were sent to an emergency call. Grayson was allegedly at the scene of the call, according to Agati. One of the officers recognized him, confirmed the active Concord warrants, and arrested him. Grayson waived arraignment today on five counts – three counts of sale of a controlled drug and two related to Smith’s death.
