Alleged Concord, Manchester Drug Dealers, Others Indicted: Court Docs

Plus, Rochester man allegedly tries to sneak drugs into prison, convicted Barnstead thief indicted again, man indicted for welfare fraud.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Spencer Grayson, 20, of Rumford Street in Concord but incarcerated at the time of the indictment for felony possession of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine allegedly on July 28, 2017, in Concord.

Justin Haberstroh, 29, of Cross Street in Concord, for felony sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, Gabapentin allegedly on May 16, 2017, in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of one or more offenses.

Dustin Hamilton, 30, of Province Road in Barnstead, for felony theft by unauthorized taking allegedly on June 23, 2017, at the Walmart on Loudon Road in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of theft.

Sara Hyland, 37, of Graham Road in Concord, on two counts of possession of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine allegedly on July 21, 2017, in Concord. At the time, according to the indictment, she was released on bail out of Merrimack County Superior Court.

Theodore Jagacki, 34, of Rochester but incarcerated at the time of the indictment for conspiracy to commit delivery of articles to prisoners and delivery of articles to prisoners, both felonies, for allegedly attempting to smuggle drugs into the New Hampshire State Prison with the reported assistance of Christina Soucek.

Ernest Jones, 42, of Kelley Street in Manchester, on two counts of possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, crack cocaine, two counts of possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl with intent to distribute, felon in possession – an AR-15 rifle, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents on July 12, 2017, on Cornhill Road in Boscawen as well as April 28, 2017, on Allison Street in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of armed assault with intent to murder in Essex Superior Court in Massachusetts in July 1996.

Nader Joseph, 42, of Church Street in Lebanon, for felony welfare fraud. Between April 1, 2014, and June 30, 2015, he allegedly intentionally misrepresented his household income to received medical benefits.

Joseph Lamphere, 29, of Rogers Robert Road in Dunbarton, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-Buprenorphine in Concord on Nov. 11, 2015.
