Concord Man Arrested in Manchester During Drug Sweep
Police believe it's the largest seizure of heroin in the city's history.

A local man appears to have been at the wrong place at the wrong time during a major drug sweep in Manchester on Aug. 28, which police believe is the largest seizure of heroin in the city’s history.
Bradley Tyrell, 49, of Concord, was arrested on a probation violation after the department’s SWAT team initiated search warrants at 325 Silver St., an auto garage the police allege was a front for drug dealing.
According to Lt. Maureen Tessier, the public information officer for the Manchester Police Department, Tyrell was not charged with drug dealing. However, when the drug unit checked the background of individuals at the business, Tyrell’s name came up with a warrant. A probation officer ordered him to be held, according to Tessier.

Also arrested at the scene were Monique Teal, 24, and Jon Larochelle, 35, of Manchester, who were charged with five counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute. Teal was also charged with falsifying physical evidence.
Tessier said about 100 grams of heroin, valued at around $10,000, was allegedly seized at the business, along with other narcotics, digital scales, packing materials, and more than $4,200 in cash.

As a result of the investigation, two Massachusetts residents were also arrested at the business.
Roberto Adorno, 37, of Lawrence, and Ismailin Lugo, 22, of Methuen, were charged with two counts of possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute and endangering the welfare of a child. Adorno was also charged with resisting arrest.
According to Tessier, Adorno and Lugo arrived at the business in a vehicle which allegedly contained 200 grams of heroin and more than 29 grams of cocaine, valued at more than $21,100, as well as more than $7,400 in cash. Two minor children were in the car with them and the drugs, police alleged.
“The drugs were actually found at the feet of the six year old girl, identified as Lugo’s daughter,” Tessier stated.
They were held on $100,000 cash bail.
“It is believed these arrests resulted in the largest seizure of Heroin in Manchester’s history,” Tessier said. “The Manchester Police Department also wishes to recognize the support provided by the New Hampshire State Police and FBI Safe Streets during the course of this investigation.”
