Concord Man Arrested On Rape, 50 Counts Child Sexual Abuse Images
Joshua Pincoske was arrested on Tuesday after a multi-agency investigation of child sexual assaults in February; cops seek info from public.

CONCORD, NH — A Concord man was arrested and held on preventive detention on Tuesday accused of several child rape charges and 50 counts of manufacturing child sexual abuse images.
Police arrested Joshua Pincoske of Concord after a multi-agency investigation involving detectives in Concord, the Merrimack County Sheriff’s Department, members of the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, and police in Farmington. The investigation led to a search warrant of Pincoske’s home where “numerous items of evidence were collected and an extensive follow-up investigation ensued,” according to Deputy Chief John Thomas.
“Based on the investigation,” he said, “it is alleged that Mr. Pincoske engaged in physical sexual activity with a person(s) under the age of 16, over a period of time, during which time Mr. Pincoske manufactured child sexual abuse videos and/or images.”

Pincoske was arrested on four counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, 50 counts of manufacturing child sexual abuse images, and one count of possession of a child sexual abuse images, all felonies. He was also charged with a single misdemeanor sexual assault charge. Pincoske is scheduled to be arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court on Wednesday.
Thomas said the investigation of Pincoske was “active and ongoing.” Police are asking anyone with information pertaining to Pincoske to contact Detective Brendan Ryder of the Concord Police Department at 603-225-8600.

Pincoske, according to his personal and professional online profile, is the general manager of R.C. Brayshaw, a printing company in West Lebanon where he has worked for nearly 25 years. He has also been an assistant basketball coach at Colby-Sawyer College for 28 years. Pincoske attended the college in the 1990s and studied sports management.
