CONCORD, NH — Logan Storm Locke, born in 1997, of Franklin, was arrested at 8:01 p.m. on March 27, 2025, on a warrant after an incident or investigation at Marshalls at 80 Storrs St.

Jesse Lorenzo Moscarito, born in 1996, of Concord, was arrested at 12:19 p.m. on March 27 on a simple assault charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Merrimack Street in Concord.

John P. Gagnon, born in 1982, of Concord, received a summons at 9:12 p.m. on March 25 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Centre Street.

Carmen Call, born in 1978, of Franklin, was arrested at 1:31 p.m. on March 24 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief charges after an incident or investigation on Tremont Street.

Nathan P. Lemire, born in 1984, of Concord, was arrested at 5 p.m. on March 23 on three stalking and three breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation on School Street.

Nicole Flood, born in 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 11:08 p.m. on March 22, on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, and willful concealment, a felony due to two prior convictions. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at The Paper Store at 68 Fort Eddy Road.

Eric R. Dearborn, born in 1989, of Merrimack, was arrested on a warrant at 6:10 a.m. on March 20 as well as a resisting arrest or detention charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Trinity Baptist Church and Christian School at 80 Clinton St.

Mark Chan Lual, born in 2002, of Lincoln, Nebraska, was arrested at 9:46 a.m. on March 18 on robbery, simple assault, theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, and willful concealment charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 108 Fort Eddy Road.

Kimberlee Bryson Cora, born in 1996, of Nashua, received a summons at 10:30 a.m. on March 14 on unregistered vehicle and manufacture, sell official inspection-registration sticker violations. She was charged after an incident or investigation on South Main Street.

Kyle Wheeler, born in 1990, of Loudon, received a summons at 7:30 p.m. on March 13 on an operating without a valid license charge as well as misuse of plates, unregistered vehicle, uninspected vehicle, and yellow-solid line violations after an incident or investigation on Shaker Road.

Sean P. Lambert, born in 1992, of Concord, was arrested at 10:43 a.m. on March 12 on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident or investigation under the Interstate 393 bridge.
