According to the New Hampshire Union Leader, the victim reportedly met the individuals earlier in the month before the incident at a friend’s house. She was beaten, tied to a chair, had her hair cut, shot her up with drugs, and sexually assaulted her.

The victim described the fourth assailant as a well dressed man with sandy brown hair and in his 20s. She has also set up a GoFundMe.com page asking for support for medical bills, since both she and her girlfriend are on disability and trying to rebuild their lives after the horrific incident, according to the UL column.

McGrath was scheduled to be arraigned this morning.

According to online reports, McGrath was arrested during the early morning hours of April 19, 2014, for DWI and felony drug possession charges after allegedly being caught passed out behind the wheel of a Pontiac Grand Am on Thompson Street, according to a post on Concord NH Patch. In 2005, according to the Concord Monitor, he was arrested was possession of fentayl and methadone.
