Concord Man Charged with Theft Again
Epsom Police allege that Stefan Ingerson stole $1,300 bicycle.

A local man who was already charged with the theft of a canoe and a paddleboat is facing another charge out of Epsom for theft, according a court affidavit.
Police in that community took out a warrant for Stefan Ingerson, 26, of Spruce Street in Concord, on Nov. 19, for theft.
According to police, on Oct. 15, an officer received a called from a Concord officer about a possible bike theft that might be at the Friendly Guy Traders in Epsom.

The officer went to the store and spoke to the owner and later, took possession of the bike, a Cannondale F600, valued at $1,300. According to store records, Ingerson allegedly took out a loan on the bicycle on Sept. 30, a few days after he allegedly stole a paddleboard and attempted to steal a canoe in Concord.
The Epsom officer spoke to the owner of the bike, a Concord man, who provided a receipt for the bike and authenticated its value.

A warrant was then taken out for Ingerson on Nov. 19.
