Concord Man Loses His Life After Crash on I-93
Derrick Ingram, a husband, father, and Hopkinton High School graduate, passes away after accident on Exit 16 offramp.

New Hampshire State Police have identified the driver who was killed in an accident around on April 23, 2015, just off the Exit 16 offramp on I-93.
A staffer from the office of the state’s Chief Medical Examiner pronounced Derrick S. Ingram, 40, of Concord, dead at the scene.
The state police’s collision analysis and reconstruction unit revealed that Ingram’s 2008 Nissan Armada left the roadway and crash. Investigators don’t know why the SUV left the road and that part of the incident is still under investigation.

Investigators say that speed does not appear to be a factor at this time.

According to his online profile, Ingram was a husband, father, and lived in Concord. He graduated high school in Hopkinton in 1992.
