CONCORD, NH — A man from Concord was arrested on 11 felony charges Tuesday after being accused of targeting at least two girls in other states.

Austin Holton, 29, of Concord, was arrested on seven counts of possession of child sexual abuse images, two counts of criminal solicitation for the manufacture of child sexual abuse images, and two certain uses of computer services prohibited counts, all felonies.

Concord police opened an investigation against Holton in July after investigators were contacted by the Marshall County Indiana Sheriff’s Department, who believed a man in Concord had utilized online services to “entice and solicit explicit content from juvenile females,” Deputy John Thomas of the Concord Police Department said. Around the same time, a second complaint was submitted to police in Concord involving “a similar allegation,” he said. A search warrant was issued, which led to a juvenile victim in Belgrade, Montana.
