On Feb. 24, 2016, at just before 9:30 a.m., Webster Police were sent to the victim’s home for a report that Gove had violated the protective order.

“She reported that Gove repeatedly knocked on her door demanding to speak with her,” according to Lt. Philip Mitchell of the Webster Police Department. “She would not answer the door and reminded him that he should not be at her home. Despite this, he refused to leave the home until she opened the door and spoke with him. At one point, the victim hid inside her bathroom while Gove banged his hands on the bathroom window. It was not until the victim informed Gove that she had called the police that he fled the area.”

Gove has been arrested in the past, including for criminal trespass – allegedly for breaking into the same home – according to Mitchell.

Gove is described as white, about 5-feet, 11-inches tall, and weighing around 170 lbs., with brown eyes and hair. He might be driving a 2007 Toyota Tundra with New Hampshire vanity plate “ELMASRY,” according to the alert.
