Concord Murder Suspect Arraigned On Crash Charge

Daswan Jette allegedly fled a crash scene in April. A GoFundMe.com site has been created to help offset Sabrina Galush's funeral expenses.

CONCORD, NH — The man accused of murdering a local woman on Tuesday night was arraigned today in Concord District Court on an unrelated charge from April, according to WMUR-TV. Daswan Jette, 20, of Concord and Boston, MA, appeared via video arraignment on June 1, 2017, to answer to a conduct after an accident charge after he was allegedly involved in a crash on April 7, on Maple Street. According to the report, Jette allegedly fled the scene and then, lied to investigators about what happened.

Since Jette was arrested yesterday on two second-degree murder charges for allegedly stabbing Sabrina Galusha, 23, of Concord, a prosecutor requested high cash bail because she believed that he was a flight risk. He previously lived in Boston, MA, according to his online presence.

Jette – who also goes by the moniker “Dee Bang” – was arrested yesterday for the alleged May 30 incident that occurred at the Penacook Place Apartment Complex. Galusha was later found on North State Street and taken to Concord Hospital.

Neither investigators nor the New Hampshire Department of Justice have released any other information about the case. Jette is expected to be arraigned later today on the murder charges.

Fundraiser started for Galusha

A $5,000 gofundme.com site has been started to offset Galusha’s funeral costs. Organizer Jeffrey Grenier said the effort was created to help out the family in their time of need. “For those who knew Sabrina she was a kind, caring, and loving person,” he wrote. “She always knew how to make anyone smile. Anything will help in this time of grievance.”
