ARRESTS: Out-of-Towners Busted for Peddling

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following are incidents from the Concord Police Department Arrest Log. The log is open to the public and press:

  • Lamarcus Wilson, 30, of New Britain, Conn., was arrested at 3:50 p.m. on June 9, and charged with a Class A Ordinance violation, Peddle Goods without a License. He was reportedly stopped while soliciting on Little Pond Road.
  • Antonio Overby, 28, of Hearne, Texas, was arrested at 7:12 p.m. on June 9, and charged with a Class A Ordinance violation, Peddle Goods without a License. He was reportedly stopped while soliciting on Ridge Road.
  • Donald Bowles, 33, of Loudon, was arrested at 6:30 a.m. on June 10, and charged with No Through Trucking, an ordinance violation, while reportedly driving on Pembroke Road.
  • Charlotte Miller, 18, of Bedford, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. on June 11, and charged with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol. She was reportedly on Branch Turnpike. She was arraigned at Concord District Court and released on $750 personal recognizance.
  • Jelena Karajcic, 19, of Concord, was arrested at 3 a.m. on June 11, and charged with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol. She was reportedly arrested on Branch Turnpike. She was arraigned at Concord District Court and released on $750 personal recognizance.
  • Dinelle Dutton, 20, of Chichester, was arrested at 2:44 a.m. on June 12, and charged with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol, a violation. She was reportedly arrested on Branch Turnpike. She was arraigned at Concord District Court and released on $750 personal recognizance.
  • Eileen Sullivan, 63, of Concord, was arrested at 3:50 p.m. on June 12, and charged with two counts of Driving While Intoxicated, Class B Misdemeanors. She was reportedly stopped on Loudon Road. She was arraigned at Concord District Court and released on $1,000 personal recognizance.
  • Donald Salvas Jr., 51, of Concord, was arrested at 9:13 a.m. on June 13, on three outstanding Misdemeanor A sexual assault charge warrants from March 14. He was arraigned at Concord District Court and released on $15,000 personal recognizance.
  • Aaron Lucier, 37, of Concord, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. on June 13, and charged with Possession CD Drug with intent to distribute, a Class B Felony. He was arraigned at Concord District Court and released on $5,000 personal recognizance.
  • Richard Stebbins, 47, of Belmont, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on June 14, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, a Class B Misdemeanor, Transportation of Alcohol/Open Container, a violation, and two counts of Default or Breach of Bail Conditions, Class A Misdemeanors. He was reportedly stopped on Sheep Davis Road. He was arraigned in Concord District Court and released on $10,000 personal recognizance.
  • Felix Santos, 38, of Concord, was arrested at 4:38 p.m. on June 14, and charged with Criminal Threatening (Intimidation, etc.), a Class A Misdemeanor. He was arraigned at Concord District Court and released on $2,000 personal recognizance.
  • David Duhamel, 34, of Concord, was arrested at 7:23 p.m. on June 14, and charged with Default of Breach or Bail Conditions, a Class A Misdemeanor.
  • Jeremiah Ferland, 28, of Chichester was arrested at 12:59 a.m. on June 15, and charged with Hindering Apprehension or prosecution, a Class A misdemeanor, and Allowing Improper Person to Operate, a violation. Ferland was reportedly stopped while driving on Oak Hill Road. He was arraigned in Concord District Court and released on $4,000 personal recognizance.
  • Adam Saari, 27, of Bow, was arrested at 3:47 a.m. on June 15, and charged with Suspended Registration, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Driving After Revocation or Suspension, a violation.
