Concord Police Log: Former Walmart Employee Returns Stolen Items
Plus, father is arrested for assault after son takes a swing at him, a student allegedly made "homicidal threats" against school staffers.
Tyler L. Stinson, 17, of Branch Turnpike Road in Concord, was arrested at 9:04 a.m. on April 23, 2015, on a violation of a protective order; penalty from April 8, 2015, on Pembroke Road. According to a court affidavit, on April 10, a student approached the Concord High School school resource officer stating that Stinson allegedly sent her text messages while there was an active restraining order. The restraining order was issued at around 3 p.m. on April 7; she began receiving messages at 3:37 p.m. on that day and on April 9, from an unknown number. The SRO reached out to Stinson and he allegedly denied sending the messages. A detective looked into the number and found it was a spoof texting application. On April 14, the girl reported that Stinson allegedly send her a friend request on Facebook and the next day, another request popped up on her cellphone. On April 15, the SRO spoke to Stinson and he allegedly admitted to sending her the friend request. Five minutes after he sent it, he reportedly got scared and realized he shouldn’t have sent it and deleted it. A warrant for his arrest was issued on April 20.
Virginia R. Dumont, 50, of Arch Street in Laconia, was arrested at 7:20 a.m. on April 23, on a warrant on an abandoning a vehicle charge. She’s due in court on June 1.
Lorra L. Bunten, 43, of South Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:16 p.m. on April 22, on a warrant. Officers were called to South Street to arrest Bunten on an arrest warrant out of Loudon. She was taken into custody and transported to the Red Roof Inn on Route 106 where she was delivered to a Loudon Police officer.

Rebecca J. O’Leary, 20, of Second NH Turnpike in Hillsboro, was arrested at 12:07 p.m. on April 22, on a theft by deception charge from Dec. 22, 2014, at Walmart on Loudon Road. O’Leary came into headquarters to turn herself in on an active warrant. She reportedly brought a bag that contained numerous items she allegedly stole from the Walmart. “O’Leary stated that ever since she was fired, she collected all the items she stole and placed them into that bag,” the officer reported. “She stated that she had worn all of the clothing but felt bad and wanted to give (the items) back.” O’Leary is due in court on June 1.
Tina M. Degreenia, 46, of Chesley Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:01 a.m. on March 20, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer from Walmart on Loudon Road on Dec. 9, 2014.

Todd T. Brown, 40, of Charles Street in Penacook, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. on March 17, on a simple assault charge. Police were sent to a domestic between a father and son. Brown reportedly told police that his son had been in town for the last two weeks but only stayed at home for two days that he was home. They were arguing “about his health and his friends that he believes are a bad influence.” Brown alleged that his son took a swing at him and missed. He then allegedly grabbed him at the shoulder and pulled him to the ground to prevent being hit again. Brown was then arrested.
Nathan Cilley, 18, of Northfield, was arrested at 1:05 p.m. on March 17, and charged with disorderly conduct and criminal threatening. Officers were sent to the Washington Street School in Penacook for a report of a student, Cilley, allegedly making “homicidal threats against the staff, a student, and the police.” Cilley later fled the school. A Merrimack County Sheriff and officers confirmed he wasn’t at the school and also informed another school that he might be heading there “to kill his sister,” according to the report. Staffers alleged that Cilley said he was going to “stab someone in the throat.” He also allegedly chased other kids down with a signpost the previous day. Later, Boscawen Police reportedly found a man matching Cilley’s description in Boudreau Square and he was arrested.
Daniel T. Bain, 29, of Boston Hill Road in Andover, was arrested at 1:14 a.m. on March 17, on possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs. He was also arrested a default or breach of bail conditions charge from Dec. 10, 2014. He was stopped on Merrimack Street after an officer heard a loud exhaust on a Honda Civic and ran a check on the license. Bain had an active warrant and was arrested. During an inventory check of the vehicle, police allegedly found marijuana, a digital scale, and rolling papers. He was held on $5,000 cash bail. According to a court affidavit, on Dec. 23, 2014, Andover Police contacted Concord Police to inform them that the department had reportedly seized two firearms from Bain, a violation of his bail conditions. He had allegedly purchased them from a gun dealer in November 2014 and the dealer contacted police. Bain was arrested on Nov. 13, 2014, on a drug charge. Concord Police received the guns on Feb. 26.
