Man Charged With Theft 1 Day, Loitering, Exposure The Next: Cop Log

Plus, Bradford man charged with DWI after driving into a median; woman arrested for assault after boyfriend kicks her out of bed.

Miburo Gabriel, 55, of Concord Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 4:49 a.m. on Oct. 25, on a simple assault charge. He allegedly struck his wife in the face with his elbow causing a swollen eye while at their home. Gabriel reportedly stated that his wife jumped on him and hit him first but the officer reported that he didn’t appear to have any injuries.

Nadia Evelyna Guzman, 20, of Beauview Street in Rochester, was arrested at 1:47 p.m. on Oct. 25, on a bench warrant out of Portsmouth Family Court. She was arrested after a traffic stop on in the parking lot of Shaw’s Supermarket on Fort Eddy Road.

Devin Aaron Baillie, 37, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 5:55 p.m. on Oct. 25, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. An officer saw Baille walking on North State Street allegedly “stumbling from side to side and having a hard time keeping his balance.” While driving by, the officer reportedly saw him fall to the ground. The officer turned around to make sure he was OK and he allegedly admitted to drinking. The officer learned he was out on bail and supposed to stay sober, so he was arrested.

Richard John Decelle, 46, of Center Road in Bradford, was arrested at 8:13 p.m. on Oct. 25, for driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest or detention, and conduct after an accident. Officers were sent to a motor vehicle complaint concerning a Ford Ranger traveling north in the southbound lane of Bouton Street and then blowing out a tire after driving over the median. He caught up with the vehicle in the parking lot of the Auto Value on North State Street. The driver, Decelle, was “leaning against the passenger door of his vehicle” and started toward the officer, “had a hard time standing and walked back to his vehicle,” according to the report. Another officer arrived at the scene while the first officer alleged that Decelle smelled like alcohol but agreed to a field sobriety test. He reportedly wouldn’t stand up properly for the test though and officers went to arrest him and he allegedly stiffened up his body and pulled his arms away, resisting. The officers took him to the ground and cuffed him.

Catherine Emerson, 20, of Anderson Road in Hingham, MA, received a summons at 10:30 p.m. on Oct. 25, for operating without a valid license. She was stopped after reportedly failing to stop at a red light on Pleasant Street at South State Street.

Kaitlyn Elizabeth Audet, 22, of Beehole Road in Loudon, was arrested at 12:14 a.m. on Oct. 26, on a simple assault charge. She was arrested after reportedly helping her boyfriend, who had been drinking, into bed at his home on River Road. Later, she reportedly crawled into bed with him, he got upset, and the two began to argue. She reported that he kicked her in the legs, pulled her from the bed by her legs, and kicked her in the abdomen; he alleged that she scratched him and struck him in the face twice. The officer saw marks on the man but none on Audet. The man didn’t want to press charges but just wanted her to leave but she was arrested later.

Haley Lynn Gadweh, 22, of Summer Street in Penacook, was arrested at 1:59 p.m. on Oct. 26, on a simple assault charge. Crystal D. Bower, 33, of Thompson Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:55 a.m. on Oct. 28, on a simple assault charge. Both were arrested after an incident on Oct. 19, outside the methadone clinic on Hall Street.

Benjamin M. Berry, 37, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 7:42 p.m. on Oct. 26, on a bench warrant. Police were called to the Marriott for a report of a man taking cigarettes out of the trash at the hotel. The hotel manager requested to have the man ID’d to serve him with a no trespass letter. While in the area, the officer encountered Berry who had an active warrant for nonappearance in court on a theft charge, $500 cash bail. He was arrested and held.

Brian S. Demeritt, 47, and Brian Szarka, 44, both homeless men now located in Concord, received summonsed at 1:50 p.m. on Oct. 27, for consumption of liquor on private property, in the wooded area behind the D’Angelos on South Main Street.

Kip Thomas Collins, 23, of Elm Street in Greensboro, NC, was arrested at 9:29 p.m. on Oct. 27, on a simple assault charge. Collins allegedly assaulted his girlfriend inside a room at the Comfort Inn on Hall Street after the two were arguing and yelling about their upcoming second child and her wanting to end the relationship. He reportedly stated that she scratched him first and then held him down. The officer noted injuries to his face, neck, and lower lip. She alleged that he took her cellphone away. He allegedly admitted to taking the phone away because “when she is on it she does not listen to anything else.” A witness allegedly heard her screaming and saying, Get out and you need to leave, while also hearing banging noises. Collins was later arrested.

John Joshua Jellue, 18, of Jennings Drive in Concord, was arrested at 1:29 a.m. on Oct. 28, on an unlawful possession of alcohol and a bench warrant. A man in a hooded sweatshirt approached officers at a detail providing security at the FairPoint building on South Street due to the strike. The ran a check on the man, Jellue, and found he has a warrant out of Concord District Court from Oct. 24, for nonappearance in court on a theft charge. He was arrested. After processing him, the officer smell alcohol on him and Jellue allegedly admitted to having a beer earlier so the alcohol charge was added.

Scott E. Tierney, 35, of Fayette Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:45 a.m. on Oct. 28, on a bench warrant out of Merrimack District Court. He was held on $500 cash bail and arraigned on Nov. 11.

Ann C. Johnson, 40, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 10:31 a.m. on Oct. 28, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after a traffic stop on Loudon Road. Her license was suspended on Oct. 25, 2012, according to police.

Brian David Herra, 51, a homeless man now located in Concord, received a summons at 5:26 p.m. on Oct. 28, for passing of items to or from the occupant of a motor vehicle. He was cited after panhandling at the I-93 southbound Exit 14 off ramp.

Francois Kabahiza, 52, of Fisherville Road on Concord, was arrested at 9:51 p.m. on Oct. 28, on a conduct after an accident charge from Oct. 22, at Royal Gardens.
