Concord’s Davis & Towle acquires North Country Company
Marshall Insurance Agency of Berlin and Lancaster was acquired by Davis & Towle Insurance on Dec. 30, 2022.
CONCORD, NH — An insurance company in the capital region acquired a North County company late last year.
Davis & Towle Insurance acquired the Marshall Insurance Agency of Berlin and Lancaster on Dec. 30, 2022. The company announced the acquisition on Friday.
“Marshall Insurance has a long history and tradition of serving clients in northern New Hampshire and Vermont,” Ryan Towle, the vice president at Davis & Towle Insurance Group, said. “This is a terrific addition to our organization.”

The Marshall Insurance Agency has been in business since the late 1920s. He said Lynette Wescott, the company’s agency manager, will be staying on along with her experienced team of eight employees.
Davis & Towle Insurance is locally owned and operated. Its main office is in Concord. The company also has nine affiliated agencies around New Hampshire.
