Concord Teen Arrested For Domestic Assault, Vandalism: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Michael A. Barton, year of birth 1970, of Concord, was arrested at 9:57 a.m. on Nov. 19, 2017, for theft of lost or mislaid property. He was arrested after an alleged incident at CVS on Loudon Road.

Kevin Howard, year of birth 1982, of East Side Drive in Concord, received a summons at 1:22 p.m. on Nov. 19, 2017, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on Loudon Road.

Brenden C. Locke, year of birth 1996, of Concord Hill Road in Pittsfield, was arrested at 1:56 p.m. on Nov. 18, 2017, for conspiracy to commit theft by deception after an alleged incident at CVS on Loudon Road.

David A. Ouellette, year of birth 1955, of Concord, was arrested at 10:51 a.m. on Nov. 17, 2017, for criminal trespass. He was arrested after an alleged incident on North Spring Street.
