CONCORD, NH — A local teen was arrested last night after entering a closed state office building for the second time in a week, according to New Hampshire State Police. Sincere Thomas, 19, of Concord, was arrested on May 1, 2019, for criminal trespass. Around 10:30 p.m., a police officer at the Hugh Gallen State Complex on Pleasant Street, as well as a state trooper, were called to a report of a suspicious person at the Howard Recreation Building.

The building – which has a basketball court and theatre area inside and is used for floor hockey and volleyball games by state employees and others – was secure for the day and not open to the public. The officer and state trooper reportedly found Thomas in the building, without permission and he was arrested, according to Lt. Frank Harris of the NHSP.

“Thomas had been located in the same building on 04/29/2019 by the State Office Complex Police after a similar call of a suspicious person was reported and ordered to leave and not return at that time,” Harris stated.
