Concord Woman Arrested by State Police
She faces Uttering A Forged Prescription charge after investigation.

announced they have arrested a Concord woman after completing an investigation into forged prescriptions.
Cherie M. Whitcomb, 48, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 31, and charged with Uttering A Forged Prescription.
According to a press release, Whitcomb was arrested at her home without incident. The assisted with the arrest, including transporting and processing her. She was later released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail.

Whitcomb is due back in Concord District Court on March 5.
